We offer & recommend preferred appointment times which you can reserve for the length of your care plan! It's easy, keep your appointments and save your favorite times each week!

SCHEDULING
One of the many benefits of being a patient at our office is our no waiting policy! This means that we will get you started within five minutes of your appointment start time on every visit! Because we take no waiting so seriously, we strictly adhere to this policy. In order to make sure your appointment timing is consistent every time, it's important to know that we do not start appointments early or late. If you arrive early, we welcome you to enjoy our complimentary patient refreshments until your scheduled time! If you arrive late, we will do the best we can to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee all of your treatments will be available that day. If necessary, we will gladly reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time for you.
In order to reserve your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your appointments out for at least one month. Our patient coordinators will work with you to create a schedule that is convenient for you and adheres to your prescribed frequency! This doesn't mean that you may not cancel; It is simply a way to secure your most desired time.
If an emergency arises and you have to reschedule your appointment, please call with 24 hours notice. Our coordinators will work with your schedule to make sure you reschedule that missed appointment for another day during the same week! Our main goal is to get you healthy as quickly as possible and that means maintaining your prescribed frequency!
